The MCIB has published its report following an investigation into an incident during an instructor led kayaking trip in Mulroy Bay, Co. Donegal, Ireland. The investigation identified systemic factors of an organisational and regulatory nature that are likely to affect similar activities in the future, particularly relating to the commercial paddlesports sector.
