Capsize & full inversion of RS Venture Connect resulting in a fatality

The MAIB has published its report following an investigation into the capsize and subsequent inversion of an RS Venture Connect which occurred on the 12th June 2019, on Windermere.

The incident resulted in the death of one of those onboard.
