Operations Manager.
Kathryn grew up in the northeast of England and developed a love of the outdoors from an early age.
At 18 she moved to Germany, beginning nearly a decade of travelling. During this time she lived and worked on sailing boats in Australia and South Africa, ice climbed, caved and white‑water rafted in New Zealand, and explored lesser‑known corners of Europe and Canada.
On returning to England, Kathryn began working as an instructor at a high ropes centre, which led to a role as a multi‑activity instructor at a residential outdoor centre. She continued to progress within the sector, becoming an Activities Manager at centres in both the UK and France. In the later stages of her centre‑based career she moved into administration and management roles. Kathryn joined Adventure RMS in 2020.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking, camping and paddle boarding with her son. She holds a First‑Class Honours degree (BSc) in Geography and Environmental Science.
